  • July 12th will be a welcome potluck picnic for Pastor B. Please bring a dish to pass, the church will provide hamburgers and hot dogs.
  • Celi Wooden has safely made it to her daughter's home in Missouri and will be moving into her new townhouse in a couple of week. Her new address will be sent out when she moves in.
  • Verna Viereck was hospitalized last week with a mild stroke. She woud appreciate cards and phone calls as she continues the recovery process.
  • The bishop is calling for aid for those effected by the earthquakes in Venezuela and for those affected by the flooding in Kentucky. Please click the VUMPI button below to donate.

Miracle Sunday Offering October  11

To address the disparity and relying on Methodism’s historically strong support of education, the bishops proposed an offering to establish an Endowment Fund for Theological Education in Africa, Europe, and the Philippines. Please click the button below to contribute:

VBS MISSIONS ACCOMPLISHED!

VBS missions 2026 was to raise $70 for children in Tunisia to have Bibles in their sign language. They didn't double it, they didn't quadruple it, they raised $420 SIX TIMES THE ORIGINAL GOAL!
The second mission was to collect 70lbs. Of cultural foods for LCAC Lorton ! We collected 95 lbs. of food!
So, Ms. Sally, Ms Linda, ( Buddy Heller )Ms. Lauren and Mr. Pious all got wet!
WE CHALLENGED THE CONGREGATION AT Cranford United Methodist Church TO MATCH WHAT WE RAISED! 
The congregation matched both totals so all of us got wet again on Sunday after church.
